Chris Di Re is an amateur bike racer native to the wet and dreary roads of Seattle, WA. For the past ten years of his life he has pursued his passion of cycling, riding recreational rides all over the United States and some in Europe. But for the last six years he has taken his cycling to the next level: racing. Originally he started out on a recreational club-like team and then moved to a slightly more competitive team focused slightly more towards national events. For the 2008 season he has joined one of the most successful teams in the Northwest United States; the First Rate Mortgage Racing Team. His new team includes legendary Kenny Williams as well as some of the top cyclist's and contributors in the region. Ultimately, he feels that this is the next step to his long term dream, and one of the more important decisions he will make in his cycling career. If his cycling dreams and goals go to plan he will, hopefully, be signing a professional contract around the age of 25. 2008 Results
